Our wildlife tours through the north of Madagascar took us on an unforgettable journey across the SAVA and DIANA regions. Starting from the island of Nosy Be, we ventured to the dramatic limestone formations of Ankarana, then travelled through the lush landscapes of Vohemara. A highlight of the tour was camping deep in the rainforest of Marojejy National Park, home to rare lemurs, reptiles and stunning biodiversity. After days of adventure, we enjoyed a peaceful day of relaxation on the beach in Antalaha before making our way back to Nosy Be, ending the tour with lasting memories of Madagascar’s wild beauty.

The tour begins in Antananarivo before heading west to Ankarafantsika National Park, where we search for rare birds, lemurs, and reptiles. In the east, Andasibe and Mantadia National Parks offer close encounters with the famous Indri Indri, golden sifaka, and several species of chameleons. Continuing south, we explore Baobab Avenue and Kirindy Forest, home to the ring-tailed lemur, the elusive fossa, and a variety of nocturnal species. The journey then takes us through the highlands of Antsirabe and Ambalavao Anja reserve before reaching the lush rainforest of Ranomafana National Park, a paradise for spotting frogs, chameleons, snakes, and lemurs.
